Sirjames "Buck" Buchanon is a regionally recognized motivational speaker. He is affectionately known as The Motivator and the creator of such workshops as "Desperate for Answers While Seeking the Truth," "The Transformation of: From Then to Now!" and "Overcoming Your Personal Trials and Tribulations!"

Sirjames has conducted workshops for more than 5,000 children in elementary, secondary, high schools, local churches and juvenile facilities throughout the Dekalb County and Atlanta, Georgia area. He has presented various workshops showcasing tools and techniques for recognizing and conquering conflicts, stress and adversity.

This former United States Marine Corps Drill Instructor utilizes various strategic approaches in helping individuals to improve within their professional and personal relationships. His strategies have proven successful in alleviating unnecessary stress and emotional outbursts. Sirjames implements his past trials and tribulations as a transformation to a peaceful and a rewarding future by refusing to allow his past to dictate his future. He will show you how to accomplish the same. Sirjames has a Bachelors of Science degree in Recreation Leisure Service from North Western International University! He served two years in the AmeriCorps National Service program mentoring and tutoring middle school children. Sirjames was a featured speaker at the Harper-Archer Middle School commencement exercise in May 2005.
